Homemade Bread


  • Half package dry yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 cup of flour
  • Salt


Take a large bowl and put the flour into it. Then, add the salt, sugar and the yeast and mix them together. After you mix it all, make a hole in the middle and add the warm water. Gently, mix the water with flour and then start kneading.

When you have finished, cover it and leave it for 1 hour at room temperature. After that you can start to give it the shape you want and put that into your baking tray. You adjust your oven to 200 degrees and put the tray in. Cook your bread until golden brown.

Tip: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant dry yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients.
