Do you deliver?

Yes! Free delivery for orders above a certain amount, depending on your location. Shipping rate is calculated at check-out! 

Currently we can only deliver to a limited number of communes, but we are working on expanding our delivery zones. 

What are the delivery zones?

You can check whether we deliver to your commune by entering the post code on the "delivery time" section on the header.

How can I make sure the products I order will be fresh?

We do our best to carefully select products that are all fresh. But of course, we are all human and are prone to making errors! If you are not satisfied with your order, for whatever reason, please don't hesitate to contact us at or message us on Facebook and we will make sure to take care of the issue promptly. 

How does it work?

When you send in your order, the first thing we do is check the time and day you chose to have your order delivered. On the day of delivery, we prepare your order at the store and place the items in boxes. Of course, the orders are prepared with masks and gloves on. Items that should be kept refrigerated are prepared separately and kept in the fridge until it is time to go. Then, the orders are loaded up in to the car and the refrigerated items are placed in an isotherm box to keep them cool. When we are in front of your door, we take the items in the isotherm out and place them in to your box and then place the box in front of your door. We ring the bell, and take a step back- ensuring that there is no contact. 

When can I pick up my order?

We will inform you in a confirmation email when you can come pick up your order. We try to prepare your order within 4 hours of receiving it, but of course this can vary depending on how busy we are at the store. After you receive the confirmation email, you can come during the opening hours to pick it up. 

Keep in mind we close at 13:00 on Sundays and are closed on Mondays.

Where can I pick up my order?

You can come by Bio Atelier at Mechelsesteenweg 219, 1933 Zaventem to pick up your order. 

Do you deliver outside of Belgium?

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of Belgium.
