Long-grain rice is produced everywhere in the world. The Lima rice is grown in the rich and fertile soil of the Italian Po valley, humid and sunny at the same time. It owes its success largely to its non-stick, soft texture.

Use: Can be served with a sauce, in soups or as a side dish. To give your dishes a personal touch, flavour the boiling water of your rice to your taste with a laurel leaf, cardamom, coriander, coconut milk,… If you soak the rice 20 minutes beforehand or if you use a pressure cooker you can reduce the cooking time.
