Mattisson Psyllium Husks raw fibers
Mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of psyllium with water, yoghurt or a fruit juice, preferably before meals. Drink directly as psyllium is very highly and rapidly absorbent of humidity.
Not advised for children and persons who have have issues with deglutition.
