It is a natural pairing which seems so obvious.
This delicacy, “fruit” of the earth, with great intensity of aromas and flavours, enriches the clean and almost crisp texture of this little matured cheese, increasing its complexity and prestige. On tasting the white cheese with its small fragments of Truffle, you are hit with a unique wealth of flavour. The truffles are added directly to the milk during coagulation, so the two elements can blend and balance each other out. To be enjoyed with aromatic white wines and sparkling wines. Perfect on a slice of wholesome bread or to dress pasta, rice and carpaccio. Both cold or melted.
Ingredients: milk from organic agriculture , summer truffle 2%, salt, rennet.
