Probios wholemeal spelt fusilli are an Italian organic spelt pasta of the Triticum dicoccum Monterosso. This variety of spelt with extraordinary organoleptic properties and source of fibre is grown only in Italy and in particular in the Marche hinterland. The realization takes place according to traditional methods such as stone grinding of flour, drying at a controlled temperature and bronze drawing.
